چکیده

قنات شاهرگ حیات روستاها می‌باشد. این سازه سودمند همگانی که ابداع آن به ایرانیان نسبت داده شده است باعث به وجود آمدن دانش بومی با ارزشی در بحث مدیریت آب شده است. ایرانیان که به تیزهوشی، سخت‌کوشی و ابتکار مشهور هستند از دیرباز تا کنون سازه‌ای به یادگار از خود باقی گذاشته‌اند که پایداری این سازه مهر تاییدی بر تمام شایستگی‌های آنان گذاشته است. ارزش‌های قنات به عنوان یک سازه پایدار سازگار با محیط زیست بر هیچ کس پوشیده نیست. حفظ این میراث گرانبهای ماندگار کمترین کاری است که باعث از بین نرفتن تلاش گذشتگان می‌شود.یکی از این کارها ثبت اصطلاحات مدیریتی در توزیع آب قنات در مناطق مختلف می‌باشد. در این پژوهش ساختار مدیریت توزیع آب در قناتهای خمسه روستای گل شهرستان خوسف واقع در استان خراسان جنوبی بررسی شده است. اطلاعات و اصطلاحات مربوط به قناتهای خمسه از طریق مصاحبه با افراد خبره روستا در این زمینه، جمع‌آوری و ارائه شده است. کلماتی مانند: بُل، بُل‌تاز، دُنگ، تاس، فنجان، نیم‌روز، تاقه، گُنج‌خوردن از اصطلاحات محلی بکار رفته در روستای مورد مطالعه در این زمینه است. نتیجه‌های بدست آمده در این پژوهش نشان داد که آنچنان دقیق و مدبرانه کار توزیع آب قناتهای خمسه گل انجام ‌شده که دارای یک ساختار عالی مدیریتی در توزیع آب است.

چکیده [English]

The Qanat is the lifeblood of the villages. This beneficial structure for all, whose invention is attributed to Iranians, has led to the emergence of valuable indigenous knowledge in the water management debate. Iranians, who are famous for their intelligence, hard work and innovation, have left a structure as a memory since long ago, and the stability of this structure has put a seal of approval on all their merits. The values of Qanat as a sustainable and environmentally friendly structure are not hidden from anyone. Preservation of this precious lasting heritage is the least thing that causes the efforts of the past not to be lost. One of these works is the registration of management terms in the distribution of qanat water in different regions.In this research, the management structure of water distribution in Khamsa aqueducts of Gol village, Khosef city, located in South Khorasan province, has been investigated. Information and terms related to Khamsa aqueducts have been collected and presented through interviews with village experts in this field. Words such as: bol, boltaz, dong, tas, finjan, nimroz, taqeh, gunjkhorden are among the local terms used in the studied village in this field. The results obtained in this research showed that the water distribution work of Khamse Gol aqueducts has been done so carefully and thoughtfully that it has an excellent management structure in water distribution.
